Catchsera Service Agreement v1.0
This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Catchsera (Smart Zone Corp, Bellingham MA) and the Client identified above.
Services Provided: AI voice ordering system (Sara), tablet order management dashboard, order history, reporting, and technical support.
Monthly Fee: As stated above, billed monthly via Stripe. First month billed on activation.
Support: Email support at support@catchsera.com. Response within 1 business day. Phone support at (833) 962-8509 Mon-Fri 9am-6pm EST.
Uptime: Catchsera targets 99% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated 24 hours in advance.
Client Responsibilities: Client is responsible for maintaining their Twilio number, ensuring reliable internet at their location, and training staff to use the tablet dashboard.
Limitation of Liability: Catchsera's liability is limited to one month's service fee. Catchsera is not liable for lost orders, business interruption, or consequential damages.
